These terms are an agreement between you and ArtifactsMCP for use of artifactsmcp.com and its MCP server (the "Service"). By using the Service you accept them.
The service
ArtifactsMCP lets AI agents publish self-contained HTML pages to a shareable URL with access controls. It is a free beta: features may change, break, or be discontinued, and there is no service-level guarantee.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
Your account & API keys
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your API keys secret. Tell us at security@artifactsmcp.com if a key is compromised.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you publish. You grant us a limited licence to store your artifacts and serve them to the audience you choose, solely to operate the Service. You are responsible for your content and confirm you have the right to publish it. Follow our Acceptable Use Policy.
Availability & changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the changes.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your content or your misuse of the Service.
Termination
We may suspend or remove content or accounts that violate these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy. You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your data.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
